Yolanda Rhodes is a visionary leader, mentor, and faith-driven advocate committed to empowering women to walk boldly in their God-given identity and purpose. As the Founder of Women of Royalty and Daughters Gathered Ministries, Yolanda has dedicated her life to cultivating spaces where women are strengthened, restored, and equipped to lead with confidence, grace, and authority.

Yolanda is also an honorably discharged and retired United States Air Force veteran, where she served with distinction over a stellar career leading high-performing teams in complex operational environments. A seasoned leader, she deployed in support of multiple war campaigns, including service in Iraq, demonstrating courage, resilience, and excellence under pressure. Her military background has shaped her disciplined leadership style, strategic mindset, and deep commitment to service.

Today, Yolanda blends her military leadership experience with her ministry calling, empowering women to rise as leaders in their homes, communities, and spheres of influence. Through mentorship, events, teaching, and outreach, she continues to inspire women to embrace their royal identity and live purpose-filled lives.
